Access is via a private patio-walkway, already offering a beautiful view of the Arcachon Bay. An entrance hall with a closet leads to a separate toilet, a storage room, and then a large, fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, range hood, gas cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, etc.). The south-facing living room comprises a TV lounge area with a sofa and a dining area with a 140 cm (55 in) sofa bed.
