Description of the accommodation

Studio Arcachon, studio flat, 3 persons - FR-1-319-71

In the Aiguillon district, on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this approximately 28 m² duplex apartment offers a magnificent view of the Arcachon Bay.

You have direct access to a small beach.

Free street parking is available, as the apartment does not have a private parking space.

The entrance is via a small mezzanine with a sofa bed for two people and a small wardrobe. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet.

A few steps lead down to the living area. The living room features a double sofa bed (140 cm) providing two sleeping spaces, a TV, (this apartment does not have Wi-Fi), and a small dining table opening onto a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the bay. (There are no shutters, but a large blackout curtain).

A small open kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and mini-fridge. Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as all the amenities – bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, pharmacy… Its beach, bike path, water taxis for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, sailing club, boat rental… A sunny vacation awaits!
End-of-stay cleaning included.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person for one week. High chair/baby cot: €10/week. Wi-Fi hotspot: €39/week.
