Description of the accommodation

In the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Les Abatilles, this large Landes-style house measures approximately 100 m² and features four bedrooms, a beautiful covered terrace, and a barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. It is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of land.
You can park one car in the garden.
The living room features a seating area (no TV or Wi-Fi) and a dining area, opening directly onto the terrace.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a stove (oven and hob), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, and microwave.
It comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), providing sleeping space for two people and a wardrobe. A large bathroom. A third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A shower room with a toilet. A final "dormitory" bedroom, ideal for children, features two single bunk beds (140 cm), providing sleeping space for four people, and a wardrobe. A separate toilet is also available. A travel cot and a high chair are available.
Our pets are welcome.
You're located halfway between Arcachon town center and the Moulleau district. The nearest beaches are Pereire and Les Arbousiers, where you can organize picnics or swims with the family. Le Moulleau is ideal for a drink at sunset.
