Nestled on the penultimate floor of a secure residence, equipped with a swimming pool, a caretaker and an elevator, this studio with balcony offers a breathtaking view of the basin and the port.
On your arrival, you will be greeted by an entrance which leads to a bathroom with WC. The main room, bathed in light and offering a panoramic view of the basin and the port, is carefully furnished. There you will find a sofa bed (140 cm), a television, a DVD player, a microwave oven and a kitchenette equipped with two electric hotplates and a small refrigerator. The balcony, equipped with furniture and an awning, will be your privileged refuge for moments of relaxation in the open air.
A private parking space, accessible by beep, is available to you. The swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09, from 9:30 [hidden] to 9 [hidden], invites you to refreshing moments.
The immediate proximity of the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat, etc.) and the Aiguillon beaches will make your daily life easier.
