A first mezzanine, lit by a skylight, offers a 140 cm bed, while the living room has a sofa and a large television. The bathroom, with a toilet and washing machine, is also present. A second mezzanine, lit by a skylight, offers two 90 cm beds. Plenty of storage and closet space is available. You'll appreciate the pretty, southeast-facing terrace of approximately 15 m², featuring a small fish pond, furniture, and a plancha grill. The house is conveniently located, with a hypermarket 400 meters away, a bakery 450 meters away, and a market on Place des Marquises 700 meters away. Parking is easy in the surrounding area, particularly on Avenues Michel de Montaigne and Victor Hugo. Furthermore, a riding school (Poney Club) is a 5-7 minute walk away!
