In a quiet neighborhood between the Ville d'Hiver and Pereire, this pleasant, air-conditioned, two-bedroom house measures approximately 70 m² and features a large terrace for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends.
The living room features a TV (no Wi-Fi) and a 140cm sofa bed that sleeps two.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and Nespresso machine.
The first bedroom has a 140cm bed for two people. The bathroom and separate toilet are also located. The second bedroom also has a 140cm bed, sleeping two people. A travel cot and high chair are available.
The washing machine is located in the garage, where you can also store your bicycles.
Free street parking is available; there is no private parking. Pereire Beach is the closest beach to enjoy the Arcachon Bay, perfect for afternoon swimming and evening picnics. Don't forget the bike paths for outings with family or friends.
Le Moulleau Beach is ideal for a sunset drink.
