In a small beachfront residence with an elevator, discover this one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor, offering a private parking space.
Upon arrival, an entrance hallway with a closet/wardrobe welcomes you, leading to a bathroom with a shower stall (with a step to access it). You will also find a bedroom with a 150 cm bed, a television, a chest of drawers, and access to the balcony. The toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, small refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine) is separate and has a dining area and a window. The living room has a sofa bed, ideal for extra sleeping space, a television, and also provides access to the balcony.
The balcony, equipped with furniture and an awning, offers a magnificent view of the beach and the bay. The apartment is fully carpeted. The furnishings and fittings are period-style, but functional.
