On the first floor of a recent, well-maintained, and secure building, discover this 84 sq m (approx.) 3-bedroom apartment, complete with a private parking space and a pleasant balcony.
Upon entering, a built-in wardrobe provides convenient storage and leads to a first bathroom with WC, as well as a bright and spacious west-facing bedroom furnished with a double bed and built-in storage. The welcoming and well-designed living area features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, mini-oven, microwave, range hood, and four-burner electric cooktop. A breakfast bar with stools subtly separates this space from the living and dining areas, which include a large, comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining table. A hallway leads to a second bathroom with a toilet and washing machine, as well as a room that can be used as a bedroom or cabin.
