Located in the Pereire district, just 170 meters from the beach, this two-bedroom apartment of approximately 47 m² is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building, set back from the beach. Accessible by elevator, it features a continuous balcony with unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery, as well as a private parking space. Comfortable and functional, it can accommodate up to 5 people for a stay just steps from the beach.

The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, etc.), leading to a dining area with a TV. A modern bathroom with shower, double vanity, towel warmer, toilet, and washing machine completes this attractive apartment.

On the bedroom side, there are two bedrooms: The first has a double bed (140 cm), a dressing room, and direct access to the balcony. The second has three bunk beds (one of which is a fold-down bed that can be converted into a desk), also with balcony access.
Both bedrooms and the living area open onto a large, north-facing balcony of approximately 13 m², offering a pleasant, unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. The recently renovated apartment is fully equipped and designed for a comfortable family stay.
Nearby: Carrefour Market supermarket and newsagent/tobacconist 600 m away (Allée de la Chapelle), municipal market a 9-minute bike ride via a cycle path at the foot of the building or a 20-minute walk. Internet/WiFi connection available. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided that the accommodation is normally maintained during the rental period.
