Pleasant one-bedroom apartment (approximately 48m²) with a sleeping alcove, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, near the Parc Mauresque and the city center.

It does not have its own parking space, but free parking is available on the main street and surrounding streets.

A large living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) that sleeps two, and a wardrobe.
A sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (90cm) for two people.
A shower room and separate toilet. A baby bathtub and high chair are available upon request.
All local amenities (market, restaurants, shops, bike rentals) are nearby, as well as the beach for afternoon swims or picnics, and cycle paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also close by, ideal if you are arriving by train. A sunny holiday awaits!
