Upstairs: staircase leading to a large living room of 77 m² with a cathedral ceiling: a beautiful open fitted kitchen with central island and dining area, living room (TV/WIFI), all opening onto a terrace of 24 m² approx. furnished (dining table for 8 people - "relaxing" garden furniture), 1 parental suite (bedroom with its bathroom/WC and dressing room).
