First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room and 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen bed), shower room with WC. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and baby bath.
Enclosed courtyard. Covered area with garden furniture and barbecue. Only one pet allowed.
Free public parking opposite the cottage.
Golf 10 minutes away. Fishing nearby. Castle on site and in the surrounding area (Maulnes, Tanlay), Quincy Abbey. Cottage near Tonnerre (Fosse Dionne, Hôtel-Dieu) and the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein. Shops on site: bakery/pastry shop, grocery store, and butcher shop + children's playground (swings and slides) near the castle.
Price includes oil-fired central heating, electricity, firewood, bed linens, towels, and table linens. Beds made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning: €40
