The village and our corner of Burgundy
It's a village of barely 1,000 inhabitants, but with all shops and services. Ideally located on the banks of the Armançon River for fishing, it's at the center of a nearly 100km cycle route along the Burgundy Canal.
Not far from Ancy-le-Franc, you can play golf (15km), visit some vineyards, and taste Burgundy red and rosé wines or the famous Chablis white wine. THE GÎTE: On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. The living room with trundle beds (* set consisting of 2 real 90 cm beds), separate toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and a sliding wardrobe, the other bedroom with trundle beds and a sliding wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub. Complete baby equipment. Wifi Internet access. Outside and under cover a ping-pong table and a pétanque court. Adjoining the cottage, a former carpentry workshop, keeping some traces of its past, it has become a large space made exclusively at your disposal with games and manual activities for young and old. The 170 m2 garden is enclosed with an arbor, garden table and armchairs, sun loungers and deckchairs, barbecue and a place to park a car. The cottage has two entrances: one to the center of the village of Ancy-le-Franc, with shops less than 5 minutes away; the other, which is also the main access (by car), leads to the countryside. 150 meters away, a path offers a walk on the hills overlooking the village and the valley, which can be extended by a loop along the towpath of the Burgundy Canal.

CHARGES AND OPTIONS:
Bed linen rental: single beds €8 / double bed €16 - towels per person: €6 / End-of-stay cleaning: €50
Electricity and heating: included in a flat rate of 8 kW/day; beyond the flat rate, €0.20 per kW.
Wood heating: 1/8th of a cubic meter free and €5.50 for the additional 1/8th.
Maximum 1 pet.
Possible overflow of 2 people with a supplement of €10/day (two 90cm trundle beds).
Accommodation not suitable for business travelers.
