In a quiet little village, a charming detached house, renovated by local farmers.

The house is laid out as follows: On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room. There is also a toilet and a bathroom. On the first floor, the sleeping area comprises four bedrooms: two with a double bed (140x190cm), one with two single beds (90x190cm), and the last with two single beds (90x190cm) and two bunk beds (90cm). There is also a travel cot for a baby. A shower room and a toilet are also located on this floor. Heating is provided by electricity (metered) and a wood-burning stove (free firewood). The enclosed garden and courtyard (600m²) are furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal not provided). Next to the house is a large barn used as a play area and carport.
