On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with TV, a living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and 1 bathroom. On the first floor there is a small living room with satellite TV, and 4 double bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom with shower en suite. A / C throughout the house and all the rooms. The house is located in the village of Algaida. The square is 5 minutes on foot, there you will find all services (supermarket, coffee shops, bakery, restaurant, bars, ATMs ...). The airport is 19 km (18 min), the city of Palma is 25 km (20 min) and the nearest beaches are 22 km (25 min).
Algaida is 25 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Trenc or Cala Pi. It is a beautiful and peaceful town. It is recommended to visit the winery Can Majoral (very close to the house), the bakery Can Salem and Cura monastery in Puig de Randa, where you can enjoy wonderful views.
