In the village of Alexain, take the direction of Mayenne. After 2.4 km, turn left on Chemin de la Coulairie-Etang du Moulin Neuf'. (Gîte Rural sign). Follow this path for 800 m then turn right for 100 m.

Description of the accommodation

L'atelier des hirondelles Gîte (created at the end of 2021), very personalized, entirely decorated and fitted out by Odile and Daniel, the owners. They are committed to providing you with an exceptional service.

If you are a fisherman, you will appreciate the private 8ha pond, outside the property (70m), confidential but not privatized access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike and even eels. Free fishing license. The no-kill pond offers large open spaces ideal for long casts. You can also use the boat to travel across the water. A fishing shed is at your disposal as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture, relax armchairs.

This charming independent stone house has a private terrace with a view of a wooded site not overlooked. WIFI access throughout the accommodation via Fiber.

Ground floor: a large living-dining room (36m²) with a complete equipped kitchen area offering dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, induction hob, plancha. A living-dining room area: 110cm TNTSAT TV, sofa and armchairs. Separate WC in a very spacious shower room (linen).
On the 1st: 2 bedrooms, one of which is 17m², 1 160*200 bed, large cupboards and a sink/WC area. The 2nd bedroom, 9m², 2 twin beds 80*190cm with desk & armchair.

Each house is independent and has its private terrace and fishing shed. None overlooked. Ideal for nature and fishing lovers.

Surrounding areas: the towpath 6 km away (offers 85km along the Mayenne), the castles in Mayenne, Laval, Lassay-les-Châteaux, Ste Suzanne, Fougères, Vitré, as well as the characterful villages of Fontaine-Daniel and Chailland , the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains, the Museums, the Jardin des Renaudies, The Refuge de l'Arche, the most visited site in Mayenne, the Caves of Saulges. And 1h30 by car is Mont-Saint-Michel! Pets not accepted.
