Odile and Daniel welcome you to their fishing and relaxation lodge, completely renovated in 2018, tastefully decorated. Equipped with a private pond of 8ha, outside the property 70m away, confidential but not privatized access.

You will benefit from an exceptional natural panorama. Discover roach, carp, perch, pike and eels in this no-kill pond. Free fishing license. You will love the boat to explore the pond. Fishing possible in the La Mayenne river 2nd cat. 6km away. Fishermen or simply nature lovers, this site is ideal for you.

Fisherman or not, you will appreciate this charming, cozy and comfortable independent stone house. Not overlooked, located in a landscaped setting with park and orchard.

Each house is independent and has its private terrace and fishing shed. None overlooked. Access to the pond which offers a green landscaped setting.

In the surrounding area: The towpath 6 km away (85km along the Mayenne), the castles in Mayenne, Laval, Lassay-les-Châteaux, Ste Suzanne, Fougères, Vitré, as well as the characterful villages of Fontaine-Daniel and Chailland , the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains, the Museums, the remarkable Gardens of Renaudies. The Refuge de l’Arche, the Caves of Saulges. And 1h30 by car is Mont-Saint-Michel.

PROFESSIONAL STAY - A rate is reserved for you for any monthly rental. Cleaning fee €30 and obligatory sheets €15/bed per week. Electric heating: on meter reading to be paid to the owner.
