Beautiful apartment with access to a pool slide (a few metres away)
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Alcúdia: very close to the beach and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
Our guests have free access to a bar with a pool and slide located 50 metres from the property.

It has a small terrace equipped with outdoor furniture so that guests can fully enjoy their stay accompanied by the warm climate of the island. Inside, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped, a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa and two bedrooms with capacity for four people.

As previously indicated, it is located in Puerto de Alcúdia, a beautiful coastal area with an extensive seafront promenade where you will find bars and restaurants with spectacular views of the bay, as well as a large number of supermarkets and shops.

Moreover, its beaches are catalogued as one of the best on the island for their extensive kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00

-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.

-IF THE BOOKING IS MADE THROUGH HOMEAWAY OR BOOKING, 30% WILL BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, NEVERTHELESS, YOU HAVE 15 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY.

-MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE.

-NO GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE ACCEPTED.

-PROHIBITED TO CELEBRATE PARTIES AND EVENTS.
