The property retains the essence of the original Mallorcan style, reflected in its carefully selected architecture and furnishings. On the main floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with two single beds, a warm living room with a sofa and television, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. From the living room, you can access the upper floor where there are two additional bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The exterior is a true oasis: extensive grounds surrounded by nature, with a private swimming pool (a removable hard plastic pool) and a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying a meal al fresco. It's an ideal space for families with children. The finca is located in the peaceful coastal area of ​​Sa Marina, just a short drive from Alcudia and the picturesque Port de Pollensa. Alcudia is famous for its imposing medieval walls, white sandy beach, and lively promenade, where you'll find supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. If you're traveling with family, you can enjoy the Hidropark water park, a fantastic option for little ones. In nearby Puerto de Pollensa, the beautiful Paseo de los Pinos awaits, a long and serene seaside promenade, ideal for sunset strolls.
