The house includes a living-dining area with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, a bedroom with double bed, two rooms with 2 single bed each and two shower baths. There's free WiFi and a TV with local channels. The fine grained sand beach is just a short walk away and you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds and a bus stop in walking distance.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night.
