The villa has a terrace and outdoor space, a refreshing private pool and a brick barbecue, perfect for enjoying an afternoon of outdoor cooking. Comfort and design inside
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a modern fully equipped American kitchen, which opens onto a spacious living-dining room, where large windows allow natural light to flood the entire space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a complete bathroom with a shower.
Going up to the first floor, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a private balcony, where you can relax while enjoying views of the surrounding landscape.

Information to bear in mind:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
