This beautiful semi-detached house for up to 10 people has a large garden with natural grass and large furnished terraces. It also has satellite TV and free wi-fi and it's two minuts walking from the Port d'Alcudia beach, on of the best beaches of the island of Majorca.



The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large, bright living room with access to the terrace. Upstairs we have a bathroom, three double bedrooms and one single with capacity for an extra person.



The villa is located in a residential area you will find many restaurants, shops, stores or supermarkets. It also has very good communication with the area of ​​Can Picafort and Playa de Muro since there is a bus line that runs through these areas just a minute away. It is also near the Albufera Natural Park where you can stroll on foot or bicycle and discover the fauna and flora.
