A magnificent villa for 8 people located in Port d’Alcúdia, very close to the large sandy beach of the bay of Alcúdia. This spacious property has a garden, a swimming pool, several furnished terraces, a solarium, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fantastic chill-out terrace overlooking the pool. It is certainly an ideal place to relax after a long day at the beach! The outside areas have all the comforts you need to enjoy the superb climate of Mallorca.
The villa stands out for its large garden with terraces surrounding the property and its recently-built private swimming pool. Just a minute away, you can enjoy one of the best family beaches in the north.
Around the villa you can enjoy a wide variety of facilities: large supermarkets, restaurants, fashion stores, perfumeries and car rental. Walking along the beach to the port is one of the pleasures of your stay. In Port d’Alcúdia, you can enjoy a wonderful dinner in a restaurant or simply stroll along the quiet marina at sunset.
Within walking distance, there is a bus service connecting Port d’Alcúdia and Can Picafort, one of the more famous neighboring towns. There is also a taxi rank just 400 m away. This is the perfect place from which to explore the bay of Alcúdia and the north of Mallorca.
