Villa Maria Bonaire is a modern and stylish villa, ideally located in the luxury area of Bonaire, near Alcudia. Recently renovated to the highest standard, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned, up to 8 people can sleep comfortably and in style in this villa. Thanks to its cosy interiors, and its beautifully furnished outdoor areas with a private pool, this villa will be the perfect base for unforgettable holidays.
Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an adjacent dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small laundry room. The kitchen and living room overlook the pool terrace, which also has a shaded dining area. An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and access to 2 terraces: one overlooking the pool and another with distant sea views. The other bedroom has two single beds (which can also be joined upon request) and a bathroom with a bathtub and access to the pool-facing balcony. The property has air conditioning (available at fixed hours between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).
On the exterior, the villa features spacious sunny terraces surrounding the property, as well as a generous private swimming pool.
The swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, as well as a very pleasant shaded area.

Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
