The apartment is ideal for families with children or groups of friends, it has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the last one with a single bed), a fully equipped living-dining room, two bathrooms with shower, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a balcony where you can enjoy breakfasts or dinners al fresco.

Alcúdia is one of the most emblematic destinations in the north of Mallorca, known for its perfect balance between history, culture and spectacular beaches. Its old town, surrounded by medieval walls, preserves a unique charm with narrow streets, lively squares and traditional markets that reflect the most authentic essence of the island. A few minutes away, the coastal area of Port d'Alcúdia offers an extensive white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, ideal for families and sea lovers, as well as a wide range of restaurants, leisure and nautical activities.

On the other hand, the apartment is located more specifically in Son Serra de Marina, a small and quiet coastal enclave that stands out for its natural and relaxed atmosphere. Away from mass tourism, it preserves a virgin character with open beaches, dunes and clean waters, being a perfect place to disconnect, practice sports such as surfing or simply enjoy nature in its purest state. Its bohemian atmosphere and protected environment make it one of the most authentic corners of the Mallorcan coast.

Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00
