Villa with private pool, barbecue, 2 levels, and more than 1000 square meters of private plot. Only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Alcossebre and less than 10 minutes walk to the Cargador beach. The Consum supermarket is 1 minute drive away.

The house , of 130 square meters built , has 2 heights and capacity for 8 people .

Lower floor:

Bedroom with double bed , a small living room with a sofa , and a bathroom with shower tray .

Upper floor:

Two bedrooms. The first is very spacious and has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The living-dining room is spacious and very luminous, thanks to its large windows that allow fresh air to enter. It has a portable air conditioning machine. In addition, it has a new sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a dining area and a TV.

The outside area is a real luxury for a family holiday. Private pool open all season (with weekly maintenance), sunbeds, barbecue and eating area, a huge garden....

Plus room for 4 or 5 cars.

The environment of the house is rural, with lots of nature and very quiet. It is in Hilactes Street.
