In Montesol, a very exclusive and quiet urbanisation of townhouses, with a large communal pool + children's pool, and a large garden for sunbathing.
It is 2 minutes drive from Las Fuentes beach and 3 minutes from Cargador beach.
The townhouse, with parking and WIFI, has 3 terraces. The first, overlooks the sea, with a privileged view, and outside dining area covered with a parasol.
The second terrace looks out to the back of the house, onto the mountain. It is very cool and ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family during the summer months with total privacy.
The third terrace is on the upper floor. On this floor are the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own access to the terrace with mountain views. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There are 3 bedrooms and a total capacity for 5 people. The two double beds are the size of 1.50.
On the lower floor is the living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a kitchen island for dining.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
The second bathroom is on this floor and has a walk-in shower.
Then another very cosy living room with access to the back terrace.
