Beautiful flat for rent in Habitat, on the first line of the Romana beach. The flat, on the first floor, is newly renovated, furnished and tastefully decorated. Moreover, the space is cleverly optimized, thanks to elements such as the chaise longue sofa-bed, or the folding bunk bed.

It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa-bed and a folding bunk bed. So the maximum capacity is 6. *For adults only, recommended for a maximum of 4 people*. It has a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, as well as different utensils and basic elements such as coffee maker and toaster.

The north orientation allows that most of the day the terrace is a very fresh and pleasant space, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner peacefully.

The location is excellent, on the beachfront, 100 metres from the Crisdan supermarket, and just over 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

The communal area is perfect for families with children, thanks to its large swimming pools (and paddling pools), the different activities organised throughout the day (water games, dancing...) and different services such as the restaurant next to the swimming pool.
