Comfortable Villa in Albufeira with Private Pool for 8 People

This is a superb, extensive 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private swimming pool, ideal for families, located in a residential area of Albufeira.

The property boasts 4 bedrooms, each with private bath/shower room and has capacity for 8 adults or 8 adults + 2 children using extra fold up type beds.

Entering the villa there is a bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes on the ground floor. This bedroom has a private shower room with large walk in shower.

There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor.

The large living and dining room has 3 leather sofas, flat screen TV with some English-speaking channels, DVD player, dining table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the raised terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. This terrace has a gate so if you have young children it offers security from the swimming pool and gardens. There is a large table and chairs on the terrace for outdoor dining.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It has electric oven, hob with 3 gas rings and one electric ring, extractor fan, dishwasher and microwave. You will find a variety of pots, pans and utensils in the villa in case you wish to cook at home.

The separate laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The curved staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 other spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin single beds, wardrobes and a private shower room with large walk-in shower. It also has a great sized private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedrooms also have twin single beds, wardrobes, private bathrooms (bath with shower over) and small balcony.

Externally the private garden is fenced and gated and has some grassed areas and flower beds. For the G & T lovers, there are also a couple of lemon trees in the gardens so you could be lucky to pick your own lemon fresh from the tree!

Parking is available on the public street.

Just across from the villa is a children’s play area, a great little cafe and a skate park. There are a few small local restaurants, that also offer takeaways, within a 5 minute walk from the villa.

The large supermarkets and Albufeira Shopping are approximately a 15 minute walk away.
The beach of Praia da Oura is just under 2 kms from the villa. The Old Town of Albufeira is around 2.8 kms.

All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
