Fabulous apartment inserted in a complex inspired by the traditional architecture of the Algarve. It is located in the center of Albufeira, but in a quiet area, with panoramic views of the city and beaches. Praia do Peneco is just a 7/8 minute walk away, as well as the center with its bars and restaurants. The apartment has two terraces, one of which has a front garden, where it has some sun loungers, and a dining table. The complex also has some parking spaces.
The apartment is large and spacious with two bedrooms and is tastefully decorated. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. It features cable TV, fiber optic internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning.
In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool (towels are provided), as well as a bar/snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also play tennis (upon reservation), and during the summer months, there is a mini-market for basic, day-to-day purchases.
Within the complex there is also the "Windmill" Restaurant, which is an old dream that has come true, as they restored the historic Moinho de Vento which was transformed into a Unique Restaurant with 12 seats, known for its excellent hospitality and food combined with a unique atmosphere (it lacks by reservation and for adults only).
Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.
