The villa comprises on one level: an entrance hall, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds (sleeping in 90), a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned dining room, all opening onto the outside.
Upstairs: a laundry area, two air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 beds each with storage and sea view, a shower room, and a bathroom.
