On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious and inviting living area where natural materials (exposed stone, beams) are elegantly combined with tasteful décor. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided). There is also a separate WC.

Upstairs, a hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC. A washing machine is provided. A tumble dryer is available upon request. WIFI

Each room offers a beautiful view of the park, inviting peace and relaxation.

The park (accessible to and shared with the owner who lives on-site) is a true invitation to stroll. She will be delighted to show you around the property and, if you wish, introduce you to the estate's wines (by reservation).

You will have a private outdoor area furnished in front of the cottage (table and barbecue), bicycles available free of charge, a locked barn for storing your bicycles/motorcycles, and private parking at the (separate) entrance to the cottage.

Located in the heart of the National Forest Park, the Pavillon de l'Octroi is the perfect base for exploring the treasures of the Châtillonnais region: hiking, heritage, and gastronomy. The source of the Seine and numerous remarkable sites such as Fontenay Abbey are nearby.
