La Ferme de Bon Espoir is a luxurious and comfortable gîte with a large capacity, completely renovated. Ground floor: beautiful 50 m² dining room with a fully equipped modern open kitchen and a 40 m² living room with an insert fireplace. The whole is ideal for your family and friends gatherings.
A large bedroom with a shower room and WC accessible to disabled people. A separate WC.
Upstairs: 5 beautiful bedrooms with extra-wide beds (1 160x200 bed, 5 90x200 beds and 6 80x200 beds that can be twinned by 2) each with its own private bathroom and WC (3 showers and 2 bathtubs). 2 extra beds.

Quiet terrace and enclosed parking in the courtyard. Private, secure and heated swimming pool (May to October) of 7.5x4. Large garden available of 2000 m². Electric heating according to consumption. Free wood. Bed linen, towels and table linen included as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
Dogs and cats allowed with prior agreement and additional deposit.

Rural and wooded environment. The Farm is an outbuilding of the Château de Bon Espoir which owes its
name to an old chapel which has now disappeared. Possibility of welcoming horses for escapades in the beautiful Châtillonnais country which has remained natural. 400 m² reception room for weddings near the cottage, where we take the time to receive our friends, before, during and after the "D-day", in a friendly setting. The cottage is rented with the reception room in season. No receptions out of season. Reduced rate if not occupying the room on the ground floor. you will enjoy walks in the beautiful forests of Châtillonnais, future Champagne-Bourgogne National Park, along the Seine or in the Brévon valley.

Mountain bike trails and hikes. Visits to historical sites: MuséoParc Alésia, Saint-Vorles Romanesque church and Châtillon-Trésor de Vix Country Museum in Châtillon-sur-Seine, Fontenay and Val des Choues Abbeys.
