This large house has a shared swimming pool and a secure private pond.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a kitchen, a lounge (sofas, TV, internet), and a dining room. On this same level, you will find a bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and its private bathroom. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin. The house offers three bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom: two bedrooms with a 160x200cm bed, and one bedroom with three 90x200cm beds. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin.
From the living room, you will access the garden where, in the shade of the lime tree, you will find a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10.75 x 4.25 m, 1.20 m deep, chlorine-treated, with step-entrance and a secure fence) is open from mid-May to the end of September. (Heated pool)

In 2026: All-inclusive cottage (except pool towels). The house enjoys a peaceful location: 1 hectare of carefully maintained gardens where no-kill roach fishing is possible. The various local markets will allow you to discover the fine foods of the Dordogne. Once comfortably settled in, you'll be eager to explore this magnificent region.
You will be only 13 minutes from the town of Brantôme, known as the Venice of Périgord, and 17 km from Périgueux, rich in Gallo-Roman remains and a magnificent medieval old town. In the surrounding area, you can explore the castles of Bourdeilles and Mareuil, the Villars cave, the pretty village of Saint-Jean de Côle, the truffle ecomuseum, and the Savignac cabins. Activities include canoeing on the Dronne River, treetop adventure parks, and an educational farm.
1 hour from Bergerac, Montignac (Lascaux 4), or Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage.
