In the village center, this large, detached cottage with a ground floor and first floor built of Comblanchien stone, 2 km from Nuits-St-Georges, is ideal for gatherings with family or friends.

On the ground floor: Dining room. Kitchen. Living room with two sofa beds. One bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a toilet and a bathroom with two showers, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has an adjoining toilet. Separate toilet. On the mezzanine floor: four single beds (90 cm).

On the other side of the cottage, upstairs: four bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet (the landing room has been closed off to create a separate bedroom with a skylight).

Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat. Communal playground in the immediate vicinity of the cottage with swings and slides.

Bicycles are available for storage in the cottage's backyard.

Maximum 1 dog allowed with a supplement of €7/night, provided the neighborhood's tranquility and cottage facilities are respected. For health reasons, our feline friends are unfortunately not allowed in the cottage.

Terrace on a 200 m² enclosed plot. Storage room. The cottage is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. Large public parking nearby.
