2. Your rental & arrival

Who should you contact?
Please contact our local partner directly: real estate agency, concierge service, or property owner. They will welcome you and hand over the keys in person.

Where can you find their contact details?
📩 They are listed on your travel voucher, which you will receive by email no later than 15 days before your arrival.

3. Planning your stay & practical questions

Once you've received your travel voucher, for any questions, your main contact will be the local partner.
