This apartment is located in Nueva Andalucia, and is the perfect place for your stay. With a maximum of 6 adult guests, this will be fantastic for you and family and friends to spend your time in Marbella, enjoying the gorgeous beaches and wonderful restaurants. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen containing utensils, an oven, fridge, freezer, a microwave, a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. As well as this, the 3 bedrooms all with kingsized beds. The property has a fully functioning TV, and also has WIFI. Enjoy the Marbella sun on the 80m² terrace with beautiful views and stunning sunsets over Golf valley, complete with beautiful garden furniture, a BBQ. As well as this, there is a gym only 50m away. With easy access to Marbella town and a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus, as well as 20 restaurants within a 10 minute walk, this apartment is located in an amazing place. The pool is lovely to spend time with friends, and cool down from the heat. This apartment is only available to families, or couples over the age of 28.
