To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 25 years or older and to accept all house [hidden] Quinta is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from [hidden]

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this bright and modern apartment with a large terrace and lovely open views of the valley and golf course located in the quiet area La Quinta. The apartment features 2 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is smaller, without wardrobe but has a large double bed. The open plan kitchen/living room leads you to the spacious terrace with the dining area for 6 persons and lounge area. Great views of the sea on sunny days!Fully equipped for a relaxing holiday.Private parking is available under roof just outside the gate and you do not have to go up/down any stairs to get to the apartment, however, the communal pool is down stairs. At the pool area are sun loungers and parasols available.

La Quinta is close to the beach, shops and entertainment without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Quiet and green family oriented area with lovely open views of golf and [hidden] Quinta Golf Country Club and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. (600 m). To San Pedro (shops) and the beach it is 5.5 km, about 10 mins drive.



Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee off 100 euro.
