Beautiful renovated house with private pool and wonderful garden with barbecue
area. MAR DE PINS is located in the residential area of Tamariu, just 800
meters away from the beach. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in a quiet and
privileged environment! The house is distributed over two levels:

On the first floor, on the level of the street, at the entrance there is a
double bedroom en suite, a large and modern kitchen fully equipped (with
dishwasher, oven and microwave) with a table for breakfast, and also a spacious
and comfortable living-dining room withfireplace and exit to a charming terrace
, perfectly equipped to enjoydelicious meals in the fresh air or simply relax
and have a drink.
From the terrace there are some steps leading down to a fantastic barbecue
area with a small lawned garden and swimming pool with dressing room-shower
area next to it.
On the lower level you can enjoy an area where children can play in peace and
without any risk.
Next to the kitchen there is a room with a trundle bed and a small desk, a
bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room and another bedroom with 2 single beds.
Going down the stairs, on the level of the garden and swimming pool, we find a
large space converted into a game room and another bedroom with a bunk bed. Wifi
