A detached house of 132m2, built on a 617m2 plot with private 8 x 4m. swimming
pool.

It is 200m. from the sea and from the sandy beach called “Cala Calafató”.

The ground floor consists of a living room with TV which opens to a covered
terrace with garden furniture, independent kitchen, one twin bedroom and a
bathroom with shower.

The first floor is accessed via an internal staircase, has two double
bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunks.

Independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with
freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen,
