Detached villa, built on a 500 m² plot, it has a lovely garden and a fenced
8mx 4m swimming pool. It is located about 300 m. from the sea, 400 m. From the
Calafat port and about 600m from the beautiful sandy beach called "La Almadrava
". The house (excluding terraces), has an area of 110 m² and consists of three
bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two single
beds, a bathroom with bath, independent kitchen and dining room from which you
can access to the covered terrace. It has kitchen utensils, crockery,
glassware, etc... Glass ceramic oven top, electric oven, fridge with freezer,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and TV. The house has a barbeque and an
outdoor shower. It has WIFI.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA

The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag
beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. There are
many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline
waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched. A perfect place to
walk on the GR-92 route, go for a bike ride, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba
diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant
Jordi.
On the Costa Dorada, is were you will find the Calafat urbanization sea front,
racing circuit and marina of the same name. Calafat has more than 2 km of
coastline, It's located in the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar , a small
fishing village reknown for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the
south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, a beautiful place you need
to visit! You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting
moments, sail on a modern and innovative catamaran.
