Detached house built on a 620 m2 plot, with a 6 x 4 swimmingpool, and a garage.
It is situated approximately 600 m from the Marina Calafat and from the beach.
The house is 100 m2, and has a living room which opens onto a covered terrace
with patio furniture, 2 twin bedrooms (with 2 beds each one), 1 double bedroom
(with a double bed), 1 full bathroom, and an independent kitchen with exit to
the laundry (with an outside shower), and from where you can access by an
outside staircase onto the top terrace. The kitchen is fully furnished, and has
a washing-machine, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric hob and oven,
kitchen utensils and TV. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most
laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and
excellent state of conservation. They are beaches and small dreamy coves with
turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them without crowds and some of them
untouched. A perfect scenario to walk on the GR-92 route, take a bike, boat or

quiet and high standing urbanization of Calafat , with more than 2 km of
coastline, is located in the municipality of the fishing village of L'Ametlla
de Mar, known for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you
will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park and you can try one of the
restaurants where the best rice in the country is cooked. You can dive with the
