plot with a garden with lawn, trees and palm trees, a 8 x 4 swimmingpool and
barbecue. It is 200 m from the beach. The ground floor consists of a living
room with fireplace wich opens onto a terrace with views of the garden and
swimmingpool, a fully furnished kitchen, and has a laundry room wich opens to
outside shower and washing line, 1 full bathroom and 1 double bedroom. It has
an inside stair case and the first floor consist of 1 double bedroom with
balcony, 1 double bedroom with a bathroom and balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk
and 2 singles beds, and 1 full bathroom. The capacity of the garage is for 2
