Beautiful villa in the center of Calafat, consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 on
suite bedroom , bathroom with shower, large living room with access to the
terrace and a fully equipped independent kitchen. It has a beautiful plot with
a private pool, outdoor shower, porch, private parking and outdoor furniture,
for the beautiful summer nights. The house has all the basic kitchen utensils,
air conditioning in the dining room and fans for the rooms. The property is
located on the golden coast in the urbanization of Calafat, a few kilometers
from the fishing village of Ametlla de Mar and half an hour from the Delta de
l'Ebre and the Port Aventura theme park. In the Calafat urbanization, you will
find several restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, sports courts and a children's
area with swings. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most
laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and
excellent state of conservation. They are beaches and small dreamy coves with
turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them without crowds and some of them

will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park and you can try one of the
restaurants where the best rice in the country is cooked. You can dive with the
largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sailing on a modern and
