The apartment is part of a new residential in the area: Canet al Mar. On the top floor of its building you can enjoy its swimming pools, two of them with views of the entire coast. The third pool is also on the same floor, but with views of the mountains. In addition, the tourist accommodation is located on the beach of Canet d'en Berenguer, next to its promenade, where you will find many leisure areas, restaurants and parks.
