AT013 Torremunts: 3 bedroom apartment located in ' Els Munts' (Torredembarra) at 350 meters from the beach 'La Paella', the marina and the promenade, where in summer, you will find restaurants, a supermarket and a space in the sand with volleyball-beach nets and soccer goals. The 3 bedrooms are double (two of them have single beds together and the third one a trundle bed). It also has an equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with access to the terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views of the communal area and the sea in the background. It is located on the third floor, building without elevator. The rental price includes access to the large communal area with garden, swimming pool, swings and table tennis. The accommodation does not have a private parking space. However, throughout the beach area (from the train track to the beach) street parking spaces are free. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
