Just 5 minutes from La Flèche and 10 minutes from its zoo, the "Le Cépage" gîte, adjoining the "La Loge" gîte but completely private, offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, strolling through the surrounding villages, and admiring the countryside on foot or by bike.
Nestled in 6000m² of lush greenery, this 160m² farmhouse, a 4-star rated holiday rental, features the following on the ground floor:
- a large 50m² living/dining room,
- a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances, a tabletop griddle, a raclette grill, an electric wok, and a waffle iron,
- a large bedroom with a double bed (160*190cm or convertible into two 80*190cm beds) and a shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs you will find: two large bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm), and a shower room with a toilet. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

For your leisure, outside you will find a playground for children aged 3 to 12, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court. From March 1, 2026, you will be able to enjoy an activity room with foosball, billiards, darts, and various other children's games.

Bed linen and towels are available for rent upon request: €10 per person. A mandatory cleaning fee of €80 applies for business guests.
