The Divaria building is in the heart of Tignes le Lac at the top of the rue de la poste, next to Le Chardonnet drag lift (operational depending on snow conditions).
This delightful 3 bedroom duplex apartment is 90 m² and cosy yet spacious. Situated in a discreet residence you can ski-in-ski-out and enjoy the great views from the south-facing balcony.
The wide entrance hall welcomes you, complete with wardrobe and storage for ski boots. There is also a washing machine at your disposal in the American-style kitchen, equipped with the following: oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (classic and Nespresso) and microwave
The living area comfortably seats 6 people with TV, DVD player, WIFI, sofa, coffee table and a south-facing balcony. Large bay windows encourage natural light that enhances the décor.
Description of the bedrooms:
Sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, one of which contains a further sleeping area (windowless room with door)
*All 3 bedrooms have bedside tables and storage facilities
*Bedroom 1 is on the entrance level with a double bed (160 cm), wardrobe and is north-facing. 
*Bedroom 2 is on the entrance level with bunk beds (90 cm), cupboard and is north facing with window.
*Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor with a double bed (180 cm), a large cupboard and is north-facing. (There is no door but privacy nevertheless is maintained - see our photo). In this bedroom there is a further (windowless) sleeping area consisting of 2 single beds 90 x 190cm. (This space, under the eaves, is arguably more suitable for children)

*The two bathrooms are located on the entrance floor
*1 with sink, bath and WC
*1 with sink, shower, small sauna and WC
