Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in Sète: Magnificent two-room apartment tastefully renovated with 29 m2 of living space plus a 7m2 loggia. Favorite of the apartment: a 60 m2 terrace on the top floor, offering a superb panoramic view of the sea. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator), South-West facing; the beaches are 100m away. Very well equipped, the latter has a double sofa bed, a television and an equipped kitchen area (with 3 ceramic hobs, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher). In the bedroom, there is a 140cm bed. The bathroom with bathtub, sink, WC. The residence is very pleasant, wooded and secure.
A parking space is provided for this apartment at No. 144. Closing by an automatic gate. You will be charmed! Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 70€, miniBox wifi 39€/week.
