Welcome to the Castagnet farm, where we invite you to come and share the warm and friendly atmosphere of our land located in St Sever. A gastronomic stop, the city retains an impressive heritage, respect for Landes traditions, and all sporting activities without forgetting culture, concerts, parties, festivals and various events await you. Without forgetting that you can also enjoy the swimming pool on site... You get it, an essential stopover!
The cottage is located on the ground floor and is composed of a day room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, wifi. Electric heating. Garden furniture, barbecue. Common courtyard, private enclosed land 250 m², on common land. Swimming pool to share with the owners and the neighboring gîte (swimming pool of 9.20 m x 4.4 m, depth of 0.90 m to 1.50 m secured by rigid fence and secure gate). Provision of mountain bikes for adults and children, pétanque court 20m x 15m. Hiking trail nearby. BZ sleeping possibility in living room. Pet accepted with a supplement.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
